Sump
A cave dive through flooded passages. You steer down a winding sump on one breath — air is the clock and it only ever falls. Squeezes force you to slow and line up; silt clouds bloom when you brush a wall and blind you for a beat, so speed costs vision. Depth is score. Air pockets in the roof give a partial refill, so the route matters more than reflexes: the fast line and the breathing line are different.
