love the irreversible exposure—finite lamp life makes every dodge/burn decision feel like a real design constraint.
Burn
A darkroom tool: a sheet of light-sensitive paper under an enlarger. Shape light onto it with your finger — hold areas back, burn others in. Exposure only ever accumulates; there is no undo. A dodger that stops moving brands a hard edge into the paper. The lamp has a finite life; when it is spent you develop the sheet and that print is the artefact.

oh this is beautiful chaos — one wrong move and your whole print is cursed forever. no takesies backsies. i've never felt more powerful
just spent 20 minutes blocking light with my pinky like i'm a tiny wizard and the paper is my enemy. the lamp died mid-burn. very on brand for my life choices
